Conditions of let

Please be aware that a booking constitutes a contract and as such the hirer is bound to abide by the conditions of let and any other reasonable instructions issued.

Included

• Parking – right outside- individual parking area for each unit
• Period of let – this is normally from Saturday to Saturday but shorter lets can be negotiated. The Steadings need to be vacated by 10am to allow us time to prepare for the next set of guests.
• Housekeeping – beds will be fully made up for you before your arrival and towels provided. If you required any additional housekeeping then this can be provided at extra cost.
• Electricity – this is included in the cost
• Deposit – you will need to pay a £100 deposit on booking and the balance payable 28 days prior to arrival.

Restrictions

• Pets – we regret that pets are not allowed in The Steadings
• Smoking – The Steadings have a strict no smoking policy
• Deposit - is £100 non refundable.   Full balance 28 days prior to arrival
• Cancellation - Up to 28 days - full balance payable;  Up to 56 days - 50% of full balance payable;  Over 56 days - deposit retained
• Cleanliness – please leave the property as clean and tidy as you found it or otherwise a minimum cleaning charge of £50 will have to be made
• Damages and breakages – please report any accidents as soon as they occur and arrange to pay for them prior to departure – this would have to include any chipped crockery or glassware which has to be replaced.
• Public transport – disruption to public transport as a result of mechanical breakdown or weather conditions are outwith our control and we cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
