Golf

The local Gigha 9 hole golf course offers three par threes and some long fours so has something to offer both the keen and occasional golfer. A great place to plant the seeds of the great game with the younger members of your party. While playing you will be able to admire some stunning views of the surrounding area.

Gigha Boats Activity Centre

Here you can hire bikes, sea kayaks, rowing boats and all the relevant equipment. Your water based activities will be monitored from a safety launch to ensure your enjoyment and safety while appreciating Gigha's beauty from a different perspective. Try boat fishing in the bay, experience Ardminish bay while mastering your kayak, or just maximise your time on Gigha by cycling the virtually traffic-free roads.

Raft Race

High summer sees the locals and any brave visitors taking part in the Island's raft race - a colourful spectacle of strange crafts built by enthusiasts for this annual event. A real community event, where visitors are welcome to take part or enjoy the spectacle from the shore.
